2026 Nebraska FFA State Convention

"Be Your Best" is a motivating leadership workshop that challenges high school FFA members to take ownership of who they are becoming—on the stage, in the classroom, and in everyday life. Through real stories and practical examples, students learn how effort, attitude, and choices matter long before titles or awards do, and they are introduced to a clear, practical five-step model they can use to make better decisions and consistently perform at a higher level. This session encourages members to focus on growth over comparison, character over recognition, and doing their best even when the spotlight isn't on, equipping them with tools they can apply immediately in their leadership roles, SAE projects, and future careers.
