"And Then Some" is a high-energy leadership workshop that challenges high school FFA members to move beyond the minimum and lead with extra effort, intention, and pride. Through engaging stories and real-world examples, students discover how small acts of initiative, preparation, and follow-through set great leaders apart in their chapter, their SAE projects, and their future careers. This session challenges students to ask a straightforward question—what does "and then some" look like here?—and equips them to become leaders known for going above and beyond, even when no one is keeping score.

"Be Your Best" is a motivating leadership workshop that challenges high school FFA members to take ownership of who they are becoming—on the stage, in the classroom, and in everyday life. Through real stories and practical examples, students learn how effort, attitude, and choices matter long before titles or awards do, and they are introduced to a clear, practical five-step model they can use to make better decisions and consistently perform at a higher level. This session encourages members to focus on growth over comparison, character over recognition, and doing their best even when the spotlight isn't on, equipping them with tools they can apply immediately in their leadership roles, SAE projects, and future careers.
